Want to start your heels dance journey but don’t know where to begin?
The Level of this course is Complete Beginners so it is great for anyone starting out their heels journey! You will be training with the same small group of like minded movers, who want to develop an understanding of heels technique (and simply feel great in their high heels!), work on drills and dive into our world of heels choreography and performance.
During this Course you will learn:
Heels Technique, Floor Work, Intro into Turns, Musicality, Movement Quality, Performance & Confidence
One Choreography from Zoe
One Choreography from Marie
On the last week of the course we will professionally film both choreographies in small groups and as solos, so you have a nice little memory to take away from this on top of the training and learned tools.
This course is taking place every Friday on the following dates:
3th October, 10th October, 17th October, 24th October & 31st October
Time: 6 - 7.45 pm
Location: Studio001, Stone Studios, Hackney Wick
